Grind the ground powder into 5-20 meshes rubber powder, whick can be ground further or made into rubber product. (Such as sound insulation board, bituminous macadam and safety pad etc.)

The rotary tools of cutting wheel in machine are arranged in accordance with cutting wheel and slant on both sides. Cutter is asymmetric to its cutting point, so that cutters are not forced at same time, horse power of machine is reduced, operating life of cutter is extended and the processing speed is increased.

The rotary tools can be filpped over six times continuously, which reduces the cost of tools.

Removal and installation of the screening net inside the machine is convenient.
